Selected in the 10th round of the 2002 June draft...signed on June 15, 2002...drafted out of Gonzaga where he ranked 2nd in career home runs with 46...in 2002, he hit .333 and led the Bulldogs in home runs (33), hits (76), RBI (76), runs (59) and doubles (17).
